Looking for a GIMP FAQ...

I swear to god I will memory this when I find it again, but does anyone know where a GIMP FAQ is that addresses how to simulate the blue exclusion layer effect, since GIMP unfortunately has no exclusion option (I checked in the memories and while one entry claims to be for a GIMP exclusion layer, it only addresses PSP/PS)
