Capping problem.

If this has been answered and I missed it, I apologize... and feel free to delete me.

Here's the question:

My BS Player is only giving me white .jpg caps when I cap. I don't know if I'm missing something obvious, or what, because BS Player used to cap just fine for me, on my old computer (though that was before I was getting files through bit torrent, if that makes a difference).
