Full Icon Tutorial - Paint Shop Pro 8

I liked how this icon turned out so I've decided to write up a tutorial on how I made it. This Tutorial is written for PSP8 users but I'm using very basic steps so should be easily translated to Photoshop and earlier versions of PSP.
