Recently, I was following this tutorial on making an animated icon with PS. However, the user uses AS and I use IR. I figured that the blur had to have something to do with tweening the image and maybe there was another step in PS that I should have done, but I have no idea what or where. So, if anyone can either point me in the direction of a tutorial that addresses this problem or can give me a point-by-point mini-tut about it, it would be much appreciated.
