I use the 'Sharpen Edges' filter a lot on my PS7 to make the picture sharper and to give faces a more porcelain-y look. But by doing so, I have to use the history brush to decrease the sharpness on the edges of the face/body/etc. And when I do this, I always saved the picture, and re-opened it, so the history brush tool didn't screw up my other layers/effects/gradients/etc. Is there any way to use the history brush on just ONE specific layer?
