Small text.

I'm in the process of making an icon and I'm experimenting with really small text sizes, namely pt. 2-4 [currently using the Georgia font with all caps]. When I use text at these sizes, however, the text looks blurry on the current anti-alias setting, which is Strong. I've tried the other settings [Crisp, Sharp, Smooth] and neither of them help much.

Is there a "trick" to help small text this size help stand out? I use Photoshop CS.
