OR THIS:
This one's not translatable. Sorry. :(
Done in Photoshop Elements 3.0 +add ons.
1. I usually don't crop till after, but this time I did before. So, Crop if you want! And set up your base and things. I didn't really do anything to my base.

Aww, see I already think this would be a nice icon on it's own. :)
2.Next duplicate and screen it! It doesn't matter how bright your picture is already. Screen makes everything better! :D So screen it, and if it's already bright, just lower the opacity. K?

100% was a wee bit too bright, So I lowered mine to about 73%
3. Now a new layer, and fill it with 030344 set to Exclusion.

Ooh, pretty! :D You can stop here, or go on.
4.New layer, and fill it withhhh 060691 set to Lighten.

No witty comment here. lol.
5.Alright, almost done I swear. New layer, and fill it with F6B1F2 set to Color burn and opacity at 48%.

6.YAY LAST LAYER before you get to do whatever and schnazz it up! :DDDD Anyways, duplicate base, bring to the top and DESATURATE. Surely, you know how. (shift+control+u, and bring the saturation all the way to -100) And set this layer to softlight!
AND OMG, YAY YOU ARE DONE!

Add pretty shinies, and things, and you've got yourself an icon! Go show it off!
I would LOVE to see what you came up with too! :)
EDITI just messed around, and found this out!

-excited-
