With more than 25 years behind us and over 50 million users across the globe, we've spent a long time getting good at one hard thing: helping people communicate and work together. We are curious by default and a little stubborn about what's possible. We are after people who want to help build what comes next.

Innovation: We build cutting-edge communication tech and use it to go head to head with the big players like Google and Microsoft. More than 50 million people worldwide rely on what we make. But yes, we still run on Delphi/Pascal in places. 🤷

Life beyond the screen: Work isn't the whole story. Some of us climb (our founder included), some of us run (our CTO absurdly fast), and a few times a year a bunch of us line up at charity races for causes we care about. Others just hang out after work, nothing organized. None of it is mandatory and you don't need to be sporty, it's just an easy way to get to know people. 🧗🏃
Once a year, we leave the office behind: The whole company decamps to cabins in the woods for a couple of days, grill going the whole time. With a carnivore CEO and a vegetarian Head of HR, no one leaves hungry. 🔥

20 paid days off a year, plus up to 4 extra tied to performance goals.

5 paid days a year for whatever life throws at you: sick, errands, or just a day that's yours. No reason needed.

Company-wide core hours are from 10–12 and 14–16. Outside of this time, work schedule is flexible and as arranged with your manager.

Most roles run a 3+2 week. Three days in the office, two from home but it flexes to the job. Some roles are fully remote, some fully on-site. We pick what actually fits the work and the person.
