Preparation
Went to the bank today and changed some money for the bus ticket from London to Exeter, food for the first few days, etc. I'm sure that in time I will appreciate the size and color differences of each of the bills, but right now I feel like I have Monopoly money in my wallet, especially when it sits next to the uniformly green American bills remaining in there.
I think I've done and gotten just about everything I need to do/get, and I started packing today as well...clothes, mostly. I think I'll be able to get everything I really want to take with me into my suitcases as long as I wear my nice fluffy raincoat instead of packing it...which is probably a good idea anyway, as it's going to be cold when I get there. 50s and 60s, man.

Oh, shut up. It was 80-something degrees here today. I'm not ready for full-blown fall.
