Who said running away from your problems never works? Since I've been in Southend I've barely thought about the two girls who usually plague my mind when I'm not using it. (i.e. all the time) It's refreshing, when I do think about them, It's cool, 'cause I think about how little I'm thinking about them.

What happens when the only way to fix your problems is to hurt people by being brutally honest. Telling them everything you know about something you did that was really heartless. Because there is no 'half-truth'. There are no little details that can be given to ease a little bit of the burden you've been carrying. They have to know everything about what you did. It's all or nothing. All means that everyone gets hurt. Nothing means that it's just you.
