Attila Fekete

I’m Attila, Program Chair again this year. I came back because I believe in this profession, in this community, and in the power we have to push testing forward. My mission is not just to organize another conference — I want to rethink how conferences are created, how knowledge is shared, and how we inspire one another.

I want HUSTEF to be a place where ideas cross borders, where juniors and seniors stand on the same stage with confidence, and where we create an environment that lifts people up instead of overwhelming them. A place where speakers feel supported like artists, where attendees feel valued, and where learning is an experience, not a checklist.

I want to help testers unlock their full potential — whether that means finding their voice, mastering a new skill, or simply discovering that they belong in this profession.

The energy I get from all of you is what keeps me going. Your passion, your curiosity, your kindness — that’s what fuels the long nights, the countless discussions, and the drive to make each edition better than the last.

I am here because we are building something together: a community that cares, grows, and shapes the future of software testing. And I’m honoured to be part of it.

Tibor was there at the birth of HUSTEF and has attended every single conference since. Under his leadership, HUSTEF has grown into a truly international event with hundreds of participants. We also owe the #nopaytospeak initiative to him. Tibor is HUSTEF’s calm, thoughtful, and strategic leader—always considering every angle before making a decision.

Csilla is a professional IT conference organizer with over 15 years of experience in project management, international speaker & partner management. She’s the woman who keeps everything under control and is also the heart of the entire team – holding together both the core and wider HUSTEF community.
