Michael Doar

Executive Chairman

Michael Doar has been employed by us since November 2001 and has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2000. Mr. Doar was elected as Executive Chairman of the Board in March 2021 and previously served as our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from November 2001 to March 2021. Mr. Doar held various management positions with Ingersoll Milling Machine Company from 1989 until 2001.

Gregory S. Volovic

President and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Volovic is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Hurco Companies (NASQ:HURC), Inc. Greg oversees all operations including worldwide sales, service, end-to-end management of research and development, new product development activities and operational initiatives. He has held various positions within Hurco including Vice President Software & Controls, Executive Vice President Engineering & Technology, and Executive Vice President Engineering & Manufacturing Operations. Prior to joining Hurco as V.P. Software and Controls, Mr. Volovic led the advanced manufacturing equipment development program of RCA/Thomson with director level roles in Information Technology (IT) and E-Commerce. Greg started his career as a software developer for Sperry/Unisys Corporation where he developed military avionic systems utilizing Unix. Mr. Volovic holds an MBA from Colorado State University, Masters in Computer Science from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.

Sonja K. McClelland

Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer

Sonja K. McClelland is the Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and has been an executive officer of the company since 2004. Ms. McClelland has worked for Hurco in various finance and accounting roles since September 1996 most recently serving as Executive Vice President since 2017; Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since March 2014 and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer since her appointment to Corporate Controller and Assistant Secretary in November 2004. Prior to joining Hurco, Ms. McClelland was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP following her graduation from Ball State University.

HaiQuynh Jamison

Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

HaiQuynh Jamison is the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Jamison has been with Hurco since 2006 and has previously held a variety of financial management positions with the company, including Director of Financial Reporting and Policy, Division Controller for Hurco North America, and Corporate Accounting Manager. Prior to joining Hurco, Ms. Jamison was an auditor with international accounting firms Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCooopers. A certified public accountant, Ms. Jamison holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Jonathon Wright

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Jonathon Wright is an executive officer of Hurco and currently serves as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. As General Counsel, Jonathon manages all aspects of the global legal function for the Hurco company group. In that capacity, he also serves as an officer, director, or executive director for many of our wholly-owned subsidiaries and international divisions. Prior to joining Hurco in 2016, Jonathon served as an attorney in private practice specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, and complex commercial transactions. He holds six degrees from Indiana University, including a J.D. and M.B.A.
