⁠Rocker r-apt

The r-apt Dockerfiles from the Rocker Project⁠ provides basic building using Ubuntu (as opposed to Debian in r-base) upon which other containers can be built. They include the RcppAPT package permitting R to access the apt cache, and libapt functionality. However, the r-ubuntu containers⁠ may be more useful due to the large number of packages offered via the PPAs.
