!!! - I am diagnosed with PTSD [ post traumatic stress disorder ] and tend to struggle with a lot of the symptoms that come with the diagnosis , some of the more apparent symptoms that tend to display in me more often are ;

ˎ poor memory ,,,please be patient with me if i forget about something you tell me, or don't remember a name , anything of that sort. i try to remember what i can!!

ˎ extreme mood swings ,,, my moods tend to be very ' random ' and i can't always guarantee ill be in the mood to speak. if i tend to reply slower , or completely ignore messages just know i will eventually get back to you !

ˏ Some other things I feel should be mentioned are ˏ ;

ˎ sometimes i tend to shift to different head spaces , and sometimes just don't feel like talking! it's nothing personal , i just can't always respond the best and push responding off a few minutes or possibly even hours. i feel ' small ' or ' little ' sometimes and im not always so comfortable with certain topics
