Your 1095-C Form is now available. If you elected to receive them electronically, you should have received an email from no-reply@healthefxforms.us. Paper copies will be mailed to your home address as listed in Workday.
Complete annual harassment prevention training by April 10
Employees were assigned annual prevention training in Workday on March 2. This training is required and is considered work time. It must be completed by Friday, April 10.
