  • This week captured what agile really looks like in practice - not as a framework, but as a way of working and a way of celebrating a business year that’s coming to a close. Over the course of just a few days, we played football, closed out the year together at our Town Hall, delivered expert-level presentations while wearing festive glasses, exchanged #Secret Santa gifts, celebrated with music and singing late into the night, and, through internal voting, gave a nod to those everyday talents that don’t appear in job descriptions but keep teams human, from Office Vibe Manager and Coffee Saver to Mastermind. Now it’s time for a bit of R & R, before moving straight back into R&D and turning signals on screens into understanding and TV data into decisions, with teams across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and People doing their magic.

  • 🎁 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗺 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗿 𝗧𝗿ä𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁 … Wer denkt, Schrottwichteln sei ein alter Hut (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes), war nicht bei unserem 𝗔𝗘𝗢𝗦 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗵𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 dabei. Spätestens, als die Uhr runterlief und um die begehrtesten – und sagen wir: 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 – Geschenke gefeilscht wurde, blieb kein Auge trocken. Aber nicht nur das Schrottwichteln hat uns bewegt: Beim gemeinsamen 𝗞𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗻𝘂𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 verging der Tag wie im Flug. Gerade als 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 sind unsere Teamtage nicht wegzudenken – die 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗵𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 natürlich ganz besonders. Und während in der Küche schon fleißig gekocht wurde, wurde auch an anderem „Rezept“ gearbeitet: dem für 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. 👀 Was da auf dem AEOS-Menü steht?
