As an Academy Instructor, Field Training Officer (FTO) Program Manager, and Platoon Commander, he plays a critical role in shaping, mentoring, and preparing the next generation of officers while upholding the highest ethical standards. A trusted leader and mentor, Sgt. Kindell is deeply committed to officer development, accountability, and continuous learning—making a lasting impact on both the department and those he leads. His service truly reflects the very best of law enforcement.
