1. A General Concept for Recovery
Much of the harm induced by the virus is caused by the spike protein that the virus carries. Similarly, much of the harm induced by the vaccine is also caused by the spike protein that the vaccine instructs your cells to produce. Consequently it is likely that simple medications which protect from the virus will also protect from the effects of the vaccine.

Ivermectin and HydroxyChloroquine Known to Be Excellent Cures for Corona Viruses Since 2016
With the outbreak of Sars Cov 1 in 2002-2003, scientists began intensive research to determine what drug was most effective and safest for treating a corona virus outbreak. By 2016 their intensive research was complete. DARPA published their results and forwarded the results to the CDC. They stated that IVERMECTIN was the preeminent drug for treatment. We might also reflect on why both Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine where specifically targetted by the WHO, in an attempt to discredit these drugs, so that the Vaccine's claim to Emergency Use Authorisation would go unchallenged? In order to discredit Hydroxychloroquine, Oxford University carried out a trial where they gave their experimental group TWICE THE LETHAL DOSE of hydroxychloroquine - then gleefully concluded that there were no benefits to using hydroxychloroquine. The WHO then commissioned similar studies in several other countries - all using an overdose of HCQ. We should ask why they felt the need to do this? In all these studies, the researchers overdosed their subjects, and hundreds died - they committed mass murder for a pay check - because it was imperative that these drugs be discredited...

It may be important to avoid MRI scans after vaccination, especially if your body is exhibiting signs of magnetism near the injection site. Governments have made strenuous efforts to prevent doctors from prescribing ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and other drugs and herbs that can help with vaccine induced injury by inhibiting the action of the Spike protein. Artemesia Annua is a plant - also known as sweet wormwood. There are huge farms in the USA that grow this plant, and it is widely available in Africa. Suramin is also readily available - you can extract it by boiling pine needles to make a pine needle tea. Simply take some pine needles, chop them into small pieces, and boil them for a few minutes and pour through a tea strainer.
A Simple Protocol
Certain vegetables have an alkalising effect on the body, such as cucumber, whilst other foods have an acidic effect - such as sugars. Try to increase alkalinity. This helps reduce uric acid in the body - and therefore can help with arthritis also.

It is important to realise that the COVID-19 vaccines have a significant effect on red blood cells - causing them to aggregate into a stacked rouleaux formation, and also causing deformation of their shape- see here - Blood Effects. Such effects will result in reduced blood flow causing breathlessness and headaches and a reduced ability of your blood to carry oxygen. It is therefore extremely important to use some form of chelation therapy. I have listed some good links below -
Several research groups have reported that the Covid 19 vaccines contain graphene oxide which causes blood cells to stack together in a rouleaux formation. This causes severe health issues due to the inability of the blood cells to circulate freely. Chelation therapy has been found to clear the blood of graphene oxide, and restore blood cells to free movement. There are products on the market such as Chela Nox, which would help.
4. Clot Reduction
The vaccines cause your cells to produce the viral spike protein. One of the main effects of the Spike protein is to induce clotting. This clotting can lead to strokes or heart attacks if a major clot occurs. However the most common occurrence is microclots - which can be very pervasive - restricting blood flow to tissues. This can lead to cell death - effecting brain cells, optic nerves, motor nerves etc.
To help restore blood flow, you can take a baby aspirin which acts as a mild anti-clotting agent. This may help restore enough blood flow to avoid permanent damage to organs.
5. Reducing Inflammation
Anti-inflammatories may help by reducing the intensity of the body's reaction to the vaccine.
6. Blocking the Spike Protein
The Spike protein is what causes all the damage. Certain drugs bind to the spike, disabling it.

Intent
Please consider that the government has willfully persisted in the rollout of the vaccines despite the 30,000 recorded deaths following vaccination in the USA alone, despite the even larger number of disabilities following vaccination, despite the huge number of people who are now dying suddenly of heart attack, blood clots, myocarditis etc, despite numerous safety signals arising from batch toxicity variation, and from variation in vaccine effects upon different groups within the population. The government has ignored and suppressed information about adverse effects, continually censored any information critical of the vaccines, deleted hundreds of thousands of personal testimonies of injury, and engaged in fraudulently altering government injury databases such as the DMED. In short they have ignored the safety signals and failed to carry out investigations or halt the rollout until issues are resolved. Consequently it is reasonable to assume that their INTENT is to ignore safety signals that might warn us of harm. Considering that they are also the ones pushing the harmful intervention, it seems conclusive that their intent is to harm.
If their intent is to harm, then it is important to prepare for this eventuality. To this end I have created an ACTION list that should help protect both the vaccinated and unvaccinated over the coming year
Protest peacefully, continually outreach to others and help the vaccine injured. It is only through sharing information, caring for our neighbour and through peaceful non-compliance that we can succeed.
My last suggestion is to not loose hope. The current situation will not last forever - though it is touted as a New World Order - it will be as long lasting as the 1000 year reign of the Third Reich - a few years at most. The governments' agenda to poison all those who are compliant with government mandates means that they are destroying their own supporters, and consequently the New World Order is inherently self-limiting and self-destructive. Your preparations now will help ensure your survival. Keep your hope alive - and keep strong - and unite together to help one another. May God protect you and keep you safe.
