Your Rights Under The Law

By spreading an awareness of the law, this will give people greater confidence in asserting their rights - which means less inclination to comply with unlawful mandates. People over-complied before because they were kept in ignorance of their legal rights as citizens.

Here I provide an outline of your rights under the Law. It is important that we spread awareness of the law because -

1. ASSERTING YOUR RIGHTS UNDER PRESSURE : It gives people more confidence in asserting their legal rights, and consequently reduces their inclination to give in to illegal mandates when subjected to external pressure. In other words it increases non-compliance with poisonous jabs. With greater knowledge of your legal rights, you can take a firmer stand in non-compliance.


2. PROTECTION FROM BAD PEOPLE : The bad people are legally bound by these laws, so these laws will protect you from them. Currently it is difficult to bring charges against the bad people, but we can carry flash cards that spell out our rights that we can show to anyone who challenges them.


3. COMPENSATION : Knowing your rights means you can claim compensation for injuries and losses that resulted from a denial of those rights. If your business was shut down, or you suffered a "vaccine" injury, or loss of employment, or loss of education, or any other loss resulting from COVID policy, then your rights can establish a compensation claim

I want to make you strong - strong enough to say no - strong enough to push back with force. Any person persecuted or threatened with violation of their rights by any illegal mandate will be able to reply with LAW, CASE and PRECEDENT

It is becoming very obvious that the COVID Mandates were totally illegal - breaking -

It is not an exaggeration to say that in every way possible the COVID vaccination program was and is illegal. This is a strong indication that there is an INTENT TO HARM. When so many laws are willfully broken, then the purpose cannot be health or anything good.

Given the total disregard for law demonstrated by COVID policy, you have absolutely no need to comply with such policies. In fact you have a duty under the law to reject and oppose such policies.

They Knew They Were Breaking the Law

Confessions of Whatsapp messages sent by Matt Hancock (former Health Secretary)

1. Lawyers were quite clear in their advice to Hancock that any incarceration (quarantine) requires free informed consent – and so must be voluntary
   Hancock ignored their advice and ignored the law.


2. Public Health England told Hancock that incarcerating people (quarantine) without their consent violates the Human Rights Act
   Hancock ignored their advice and ignored the law.


3. Lawyers told Hancock that using coercion (flight restrictions) to impose quarantine is illegal
   Hancock ignored their advice and ignored the law.


4. Hancock ignored safety testing requirements
   Hancock suggested introducing new law to circumvent existing safety laws.

Despite these warnings, Hancock chose to ignore the lawyers, violate human rights, and expose the population to medical procedures without safety testing. Why is our health in the hands of people who act lawlessly? Why is our health in the hands of people who are enthusiastic about circumventing Safety Law and putting the entire population at risk of injury or death? UK government ministers were consciously breaking Human Rights Law, against the advice of their own lawyers.

Upholding of Constitutional Rights by the Monarch

In the UK, the Monarchy has an important role - to uphold the constitutional rights of the citizens. The Monarch cannot propose new laws themselves - new laws can only be proposed by Parliament. However, the Monarch has the final decision as to whether proposed laws come into effect - since they must judge if the proposed laws are in agreement or conflict with the rights of the citizens under the constitution.

So the Monarch has an important and essential role as our protector - to conserve and protect our constitution. This role is explicitly stated in the Coronation Oath. Parliament proposes new laws, but the Monarch only approves them if they are in agreement with your rights under the Constitution.

Treason

The issue of treason arises when an elected government passes legislation to undermine or sign away the human rights of its citizens. Such legislation was passed during the COVID era. In addition, western countries have signed a Pandemic Treaty with the WHO, such that only the WHO can declare the next pandemic, and in the event of a pandemic the WHO will have absolute rights to mandate any measures that they deem necessary for all member countries !. You will be unable to vote on these measures because the WHO is an UNELECTED, FOREIGN body. Governments have simply signed away the sovereignty of their citizens. Obviously, the Pandemic Treaty is illegal since it will conflict with all of the laws listed above. It is also illegal, because it is an act of treason.

Vaccine mandates violated Medical Ethics, the Provision of Informed Consent, and the Nuremberg Code. You may think that the greater good of society overrides individual rights but -

1. RIGHTS CANNOT BE OVER-RIDDEN : The Human Rights Act states categorically that it is illegal to override the right of the individual to free and informed consent (to any medical treatment). This makes any mandate illegal under the law.


2. THE GREATER GOOD : The greater good of a society IS its adherence to the law, and to the protection of its citizens by the law. Overriding that protection is NEVER in the greater good.


3. FAIR TRIAL : No one can be deprived of their life, liberty or property except under the law - which means in a trial before an unbiased jury where evidence is presented by both sides and it is established that a crime has been committed. This is a far cry from the fear-driven reactions, and one-sided media propaganda that led to the policy that perfectly healthy people were asymptomatic carriers (absolutely no evidence being provided) resulting in the imprisonment of perfectly healthy people in their own homes, coerced vaccination so people could keep their jobs, and forced closure of millions of businesses.This is precisely what happens when evidence based judgements before an unbiased jury are replaced by the fear-mongering of career-bureaucrats.

Please note the elements of a fair trial. They are -

• UNDER THE LAW : so it cannot be against the law (we have shown that mandates breached the Human Rights Act, Medical Law, etc)


• EVIDENCE PROVIDED BY BOTH SIDES : so it cannot involve mass censorship of main stream and social media, the silencing of the opinions of doctors and scientists, and the deletion of millions of testimonies of vaccine injury. Trial by media is not a replacement for trial by jury.


• EVIDENCE OF A CRIME COMMITTED : It is not a crime to be ASSUMED to be infected.



4. WHAT IS A CRIME?

   In order for an action to be a crime there must be proof that (1.) you pose a danger to others, (2.) that this danger results from your free choice, (3.) that in making this choice you acted illegally, (4.) that you caused actual bodily harm to one or more individuals.

   • PROOF THAT YOU POSE A DANGER TO OTHERS : The burden of proof lies with the prosecution to provide evidence of the existence of infection in the asymptomatic, and the degree of lethality of that infection. We would hardly regard an asymptomatic person as posing a danger, or that someone with a mild flu poses a danger.
   
   
   • PROOF THAT THIS DANGER IS A RESULT OF YOUR FREE CHOICE : Even if one were infected with a dangerous virus, this does not automatically make one a criminal. A person infected with HIV is not regarded as a criminal, neither is a person infected with Ebola regarded so. The prosecution would need to argue that it is a crime to be infected if the infection results from a deliberate choice - rejecting a cure - if there are one or more effective cures then presumably you can be guilty of not taking them - and thereby endangering other people. However, natural immunity is one such cure, and everyone automatically receives the benefit of this cure. Consequently, the situation never arises where you have not taken the best cure available (natural immunity). The burden of proof lies with the prosecution to prove that their proposed cure is effective and is the ONLY possible cure. Natural immunity is also a "cure" so the prosecution has to prove that natural immunity is ineffective.
   
   
   • PROOF OF ACTUAL BODILY HARM : To be accused of a crime, a crime must actually be committed. To be a danger is not enough. One must actually cause bodily harm to an individual or individuals - and a causal connection must be demonstrated and proved between yourself and the harm. If we allow that "potential" danger is enough to convict someone of a crime, then all drivers would automatically be arrested even without committing any driving offences etc etc, which is insanity.
   
   
   • PROOF THAT IN MAKING THIS CHOICE YOU ACTED ILLEGALLY : Under the Human Rights Act (1998) you have the right to free and informed consent and can reject any medical treatment. Period. So it cannot be proven that you are acting illegally in rejecting ANY cure
   
   
   • PROOF IS REQUIRED THAT THE CURE IS NOT WORSE THAN THE INFECTION : The incidence of sudden death in young people, and the high incidence of sudden cardiac arrest in thousands of athletes suggests that the cure itself is unsafe, and that safer alternatives need to be sought. The burder of proof lies with the prosecution to prove that the cure is safe.
   
   
   • MANDATING A CURE THAT CAN CAUSE DEATH : This is a direct violation of your right to life, a right that cannot be overridden under any circumstances, and any policy, rule, mandate or law that compels such a cure is ILLEGAL.


5. EVIDENCE OF AN EFFECTIVE SOLUTION : Even if it were established that people were asymptomatic carriers, then evidence would still be required to establish that -
   • the vaccines were safe and effective, that masks were safe and effective, that closing businesses was safe and effective.
   
   
   • the vaccines were the only solution. Use of vitamins to boost immunity, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine have been shown to eradicate Covid without the need for ANY of the above measures.

   None of this evidence was ever provided.

6. PROVISION OF EQUAL ALTERNATIVES TO COMPENSATE FOR RESTRICTIONS : Without any evidence it was assumed that healthy people might be asymptomatic carriers. Restrictions were then placed upon them until they received an experimental jab. In the absence of any proof of infection, any restriction placed upon them is an unjust punishment. Their rights must still be upheld, which means equal alternatives should have been provided for them to replace what they were restricted from.


7. CONSEQUENCES OF OVERRIDING HUMAN RIGHTS : If fundamental rights are overridden then everyone is exposed to imprisonment, torture or being killed without trial (in other words, without evidence). Leaders are also exposed to the allegation of treason, since they have broken the Constitution by introducing policies that attempt to undermine the fundamental rights of their population to life, liberty and property - possibly in the interests of pharmaceutical profits, or the political ambitions of unelected foreign bodies like the World Economic Forum or the World Health Organisation.
