Regulatory Capture

My intention here is to summarise and categorise the work of Sasha Latypova, Naomi Wolfe, ICANN, Katherine Watt and others regarding regulatory capture, especially -

  1. SAFETY : Absence of safety testing
  2. TOXICITY : Excessive variation in toxic effects
  3. LAW : Passing laws with the intent of negating your Constitutional rights
