Last week, the House Freedom Caucus Board released a 16-point legislative plan to advance a BOLD agenda that delivers on promises Republicans have made to the American people.

The top item on the list is to SECURE AMERICAN ELECTIONS by passing H.R. 22, the SAVE ACT, which passed the House in April of last year, but has yet to pass the Senate.

House Freedom Caucus member Chip Roy is the lead sponsor of the SAVE ACT that requires individuals to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections, prohibiting states from accepting or processing registrations without it.

Elon Musk recently called passage of the SAVE ACT “essential,” and while speaking in front of the entire Republican Conference last week, President Trump declared his support for it and insisted it be passed into law.

As of right now, more than 5 million Americans have viewed online stories about the Freedom Caucus plan — it is the blueprint for Republican victory in 2026.
