yes, you have to kind of join.
welcome to the fanworks community, mainly fanfiction, of
mywookness. here, you will find one of two things: k-pop or anime. it may be fanfiction or other fanworks, but mainly fanfiction. and i am biased towards k-pop.
a little about the moddess, then. i am jules, but you can just call me je because it’s nice and short and easy to type. i’m young but i still write smut because i can, and everyone loves smuts, or a lot of people do. anyways. i also come from northern country, a.k.a Canada, so because it gets cold here, i go on vacation frequently, like three times a year, and that can last for about a week to three weeks. i try to stay here to write, but sometimes i can’t. Belize calls me. and i get sick very easily, too. it’s weird, seeing as i want to live in the Yukon (that’s next to Alaska, if you don’t know).
the name honeystrings comes from the delicious treats, and also the fangroups honeys (mitangs also i believe, for zhou mi) and strings (for henry), which i am both part of. plus, honey is sweet, which is like fluff, but it is also slow and viscous, which symbolizes heartbreak. and if someone has honey on them ~ mmm, smuts. if you see me calling you honeys or my yeobos (korean for honey), it’s the name i have dubbed you guys. you have no choice, once you join honeystrings; you’re my honey or yeobo.
the rules to the community are next ~ these apply to all the members of the community. i doubt you’ll break them, but if you do, you get the boot. a snowy pair of willies covered in yellow snow and dirt. yep. you don’t want them.
o1. please ask to join the community, don’t just press the join community button. if you have something on your profile, i usually add you, because i’m a wimp, or if you don’t i usually sent in a message, but i’m too lazy for that. so now, if you don’t actually write a comment, i won’t let you join. how hard is it to find this post, anyways? it’s on the link page and on the profile two times, and i don’t want to lock up all my post to have this post as the first post because i write a lot. i’m actually nice—a lot of people lock at 72 hours. i usually forget. so please press the join community button after writing a nice message, please!
o2. don’t bash my writing, the pairings, the fandoms, and fellow honeys. i don’t care if you really, really hate banana/apple and find banana/pear to be ‘more real’ or ‘true’ instead because of their ‘interaction’. you know what? i either wrote banana/apple because someone asked me to, it’s in a challenge that i like, or i like the pairing. you need to keep it to yourself, because there are a lot of people that grow something for their one true pairings, and if you say bad things about them, you’re just raining on their parade. if you do bash, then you get banned immediately. i don’t want this.
now – i have a habit to say things like, “i don’t like kangmin” on a day-to-day basis. that’s stating that you don’t like a pairing. and i have a reason why i don’t like kangmin, not just because they are getting into the way of my one true pairings (which it isn’t, i ship kangteukmin), it’s because of their actual interactions. in my opinion, that is not bashing. that is just stating your opinion. and you’ll notice, i love a lot of pairings. only two i really don’t like—because of their interactions, not jealousy.
o3. if you want to leave a request, i really suggest you go to the request page. i have that request page and then some requests my friends have asked for and it gets a bit hard to look over. if you are dying for a plot to be written, send me a pm and i’ll see. i am a busy person, you must understand. and i am a pretty picky person, even if i want to broaden my writing ability. so if i say no, you must understand that i am not going to write it.
o4. READ. THE. WARNINGS. usually on every post, on the fourth line, there are the warnings. for example:

boy/girl sex, hand jobs, oral sex, adultery
the underlined part is the warnings. i put the warnings in there for a reason. so that you don’t read something that you don’t want to read. i have a habit to write some darker things, or kill characters off, and then there’s smut, so if you see a smut, click on it, and realize half-way through it’s necrophilia even if it was on the warnings, don’t come crying when you regretted reading the fic! you need to learn that reading is a very important thing, and so that is why i put these warnings there. now, if you don’t see anything on the fourth line, this means that there are no warnings. usually you are able to tell by the rating system, too. in a g fic, there won’t be sex.
o5. i use the ‘movie’ rating system, which is popular in the k-pop community, whilst in the anime community, it’s less popular and they use a different rating system that i have never been able to understand. i will usually try to figure it out for anime when cross-posting, but if you are in honeystrings for anime/manga fanworks and you are a yeobo, then i hope the ratings are straight forwards. pretty much g is the softest, whilst nc-17 is the strongest, and pg-13 is in the middle.
o6. humans are humans and i hope you all realize that. i will make park yoochun smoke, and i will make kim jaejoong drink. these are things that they do in real life, and even if you’d like to think that you idol is imperfect, they might smoke or they might drink a lot more than other idols and you need to recognize that. if you don’t like reading fics like this, check for the ‘substance abuse’ warning. this also goes for anime/manga, like for example Scotland from hetalia—he will smoke.
o7. there are is no stealing that will ever go on here. my friends are very close to me, and i am pretty sure that we’ll find out if you stole from me, or if you stole from one of my friends. the reason that i made this community is because i was plagiarized. and i don’t want that to happen again, k? so if you do steal from me, you will be banned, and i will contact higher people. and those higher people can do stuff.
note – i am ok with translations. though, you need to leave a comment on the post that you wish to translate, stating that you wish to translate this fic, and you must wait for me to reply. i will usually ask what language it’s getting translated into. once you posted it up, you must link it back to the original copy (mine), and you must have my username there once. if not, i will consider it as stolen because you did not give me credit.

i write a lot of k-pop fandoms, but the biggest ones are Super Junior, DBSK/JYJ, Big Bang, Girl’s Generation, B2ST, MBLAQ, 4minute, SHINee, EXO, Rainbow and ZE:A. as stated earlier, i write a lot of fandoms, and i really suggest you check the tag list (in the link list in the top bar) to see if i do write your favorite fandom, and if i do, you can celebrate! woo! but if i haven’t listed it, i still suggest you ask if i write it. some like 2am that i only write like three things for, i am really big into, but i haven’t written that much because of the high demand of other fandoms.
i have a rule, and if you are an older honey you probably know this rule. i do not like the pairing kangin/sungmin of super junior or the pairing g-dragon/top from big bang. you may see some writing, but it will be very few. and if you ask me to write them, i will probably not. i do not hate these pairings, nor do i bash them, but i do not like their interactions, and therefore i do not ship them. please be co-operative.
i do not own any of these handsome men or gorjess women. they own themselves. because, as my drama teacher said, if you can’t control yourself, you cannot control anything. and so, i will let the idols take control of their own lives. and so, furthermore, all this work is purely fiction. i have no idea if they are lesbian or gay; i’m just making people happy. or sad if it’s angst.
and now anime/manga ~!
i read a lot of manga, but the two manga series that i love the most are hetalia and ouran high school host club, so those are probably the ones i will write (i like nana too, but i haven’t been able to read them all :(). if you do like manga/anime, i would love it if you requested some, or if you suggested some mangas/animes for me to watch, because i have nothing to do sometimes and i would love to watch something entertaining.
like in k-pop, i do not own any of the characters. the hetalia characters are Hidekaz Himaruya's, and OHSHC is owned by Bisco Hatori. seeing as jules isn’t one of those two names, i guess i don’t own them. and again, this is purely fictional. the characters don’t belong to me and if they were, haruhi would be with kyouya. but that isn’t the point. also, if i am using the Canadian provinces, they belong to ctcsherry (who i met, btw. Canadian celebs ftw), and again, i am just using them for fanworks.
