office tower.

There are 2.5 levels of underground parking and seven levels of above-ground parking,
totaling 1,200 parking spaces. The 8th floor is the amenity level with 4,000 square feet of outdoor space that includes an eating area, high-top bars, lounge area, and a fire pit.

There is 9,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space, as well as a cover portecochere through the center of the building offering valet services.

The structure is a post-tensioned, on-way concrete moment frame. The skin of the
building includes precast concrete panels with thin brick inlay, curtainwall, and metal
panel.
