Overview of Hideez Enterprise Authentication

Hideez Enterprise Authentication offers a comprehensive solution for passwordless login, enabling users to unlock Windows workstations and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities for any web-based applications that support SAML or OIDC protocols.

Note: For the Hideez Cloud version, you can register up to 20 users free of charge.

Components of Hideez Enterprise Authentication The functional architecture of the Hideez Enterprise Authentication solution is illustrated in Figure 1.

To better understand how it works, let’s look at the key components:

Hideez Enterprise Server

This is the core component of the solution, providing passwordless authentication, two-factor authentication, SSO integration with web applications, user account and profile management, approved workstation storage, and login/logout auditing. No matter the deployment type, the Hideez Enterprise Server (HES) is fully managed by the customer and includes a web-based graphical console. HES supports the following deployment modes:

• On-premise, single-tenant

• On-premise, multi-tenant

• Cloud-based service
