Very poor for long manuscripts. Doesn't have a built-in spell-check. Worst of all, their website states you can request a return and they ignore you. They read your email asking for a return (I have a tracker) and then don't reply or return your payment. Horrible customer service!
I bought the app, I tried to install it on the computer, I thought perhaps that this an error of operating system, W-10. I tried so many times to get an answer or an update for W-10. They do not answer, I think this is scam so do not buy this software. I also that they are an incompetent group of programmers that do not know what are doing. I have initiated a serious action against PAL and whoever gets in the way, the money is not as important as preventing others to deter people from wasting their time and money. If at least they have the courtesy to have answered my requests.

Trying to use the Hemingway software, when I paste my text into the box the yellow highlighted zone (hard to understand) is corrupted with overwriting. This makes it impossible to read, which makes it impossible to correct.
Where is the trial app. Purchasing apps before trial has landed me in very dark places. So is there a possibility I could use the Hemingway app, on trial then decide if I should buy it. If so please direct because I have tried it everywhere to no avail.
Is the cost a one-time fee?
