Not for Windows 7 or later. Runs nicely on Win XP on Virtualbox. Produces CHM files that run perfectly on modern Windows. You type into the topic pane and copy-paste in images. Some experimentation is required to discover the interface. You may need to Google for how topic links work by IDs and how to call topics from your software. For the price of FREE this is good value.
