Navigate to https://app.yesref.com or download the YesRef app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Input your email address and password or you can register with your social media accounts.

|| A link to confirm your email address will be emailed to you, if this was your chosen registration method. Click the link in your email to verify your email address.

You will be asked for your First Name, Last Name and Phone Number. These are mandatory fields. Click Continue

Click "Official"

Select your primary Sport. You can add more Sports to your account later if required.

You will be asked for your Date of Birth, Address and Official Level.

Select your primary Sport. You can add more Sports to your account later if required.

Select your Sports Provider type from the drop down list.

From here you can

Create a game
View your Officials

Scroll to a different date

Our Game cards are designed to give you enough information within a single card. This includes

Start & End Time
Competition & Division
Total cost of the game/event
Home team & Away team or Event Name
Venue & Category
Official Allocation type
Official Name
Fee and Expenses for each role
Role status for each Official

Clicking 'More Details" will bring up a better summary of the game with even more details including

Additional information for the Officials
Location of the game/event
Contact details of each Official

Finally, from this page, you can pay for the game by clicking Pay YesRef.

How to Bulk Appoint a Sports Official

Log in to your YesRef Account

Click "Bulk Actions"

Click "Appoint"

Here you can set a date range, select a particular Venue, a Pitch or a Role

You can select individual Roles or use the toggle to select all Roles

Next, either Type to search and appoint an Official for all the Roles or click FIND to advertise these Roles to the YesRef Network of Officials.

Click "Save", to save your changes
