Copy the credentials below and paste them into the Viva integration link in Winston.
You will need:
Merchant ID
API key
POS API Credentials: Client ID
POS API Credentials: Clienst secret (if you don't have a secret, generate a new one)
Smart checkout: Client ID
Smart checkout: Client secret (if you don't have a secret, generate a new one)

Copy the data from above into the Viva link in Winston, https://backoffice.mrwinston.com/admin/integrations/overview, select Viva and click settings.

Enter the API data from Viva.com in Winston and Click Save. Then click Synchronize payment terminals.

Then go to https://backoffice.mrwinston.com/admin/modules/pos and payment methods and select card, see picture below:

Give it an custom name, like **Viva Pin ** and your pin terminals are connected to the POS.

It is a collection of products in the correct course. Menus also do not have a VAT percentage. After all, a menu can consist of products with different VAT percentages. For the tax authorities (and also the customer receipt), VAT must of course be calculated. To determine the correct VAT percentage, we look at the products in the menu and what the VAT percentages of those products are. In addition, we look at the prices of the products to calculate the VAT to be charged to the customer as accurately as possible. This is calculated in proportion to the product prices. To get a correct distribution, it is therefore better not to set the products to €0. And it is also important to set the correct VAT percentage for the products. Because menus are not products, they also do not appear in the reports of the back office. So a menu is actually a kind of fixed price for a group of products. For example, if you sell a menu for €10, with a wine (normally €4) and a pasta salad (normally €16). Then the wine is 20% of the amount, and the salad is 80%. In the menu, these are sold for €2 &amp; €8. VAT at 21% is then charged on the €2, and VAT at 9% is charged on the €8. If we didn't do it this way, you would have to apply the high VAT rate to the entire menu. Otherwise, the tax authorities would be upset.

Connect the Printers* to the local network (preferably wired) and turn them on.
Open the App on a Screen that is connected to the same local network and go to the Printer configuration (App > Menu > Status > Printers).
Click Search Printers (this may take a minute or two).

Click on Add and then "Print data". Find the receipt, to see which Printer it is, and walk back to the POS.
Give the found Printer the desired name (Kitchen, Bar, Rekening, etc.) and, if possible, link it to the appropriate "Production Line".
After adding all Printers, you can set the "Default printer" (for bills) in the Backoffice via Point of Sale > Settings > Scroll down to Printers.
After the printer has been successfully added, a Production Line with the same name is automatically created. In https://backoffice.mrwinston.com/admin/categories you can configure the routing of Categories to Production Lines, which can be a Printer, Production Screen or even both!

If you already have an account, skip steps 1 & 2.

Create your account via https://backoffice.mrwinston.com/reservation_trial
In your mailbox, you will receive an email allowing you to create a password and log in to Winston Reservations.
Go to https://backoffice.mrwinston.com/admin/modules/reservations to view your reservation dashboard. In the menu bar, you can find 'Reservations' below 'Modules'.

Navigate through the menu bar to Company settings. Here, you can fill in your company details. To get started with reservations, the following information must be filled in at least:

- Company settings
- Logo
- Location
- Opening times

Important: Do you want to make it impossible to place a reservation on certain days or even specific times? Under opening hours, you will find 'closed on'. Here you fill in the day and time when it is not possible to place a reservation.

2. Create gift cards

Do you want to order physical gift cards from a printing company or generate card codes in bulk at once? Go to step 2.1

Do you want to manually assign card codes to cards you already have or make yourself? Go to step 2.2.

Enter the number of card codes you want to generate. You can then send these card codes to a printing company of your choice. The printing company will ensure that each card number is linked to a physical gift card.

To manually create a gift card code, navigate through the Point-Of-Sale menu to Gift Cards. When someone wants to purchase a Gift Card, enter an unused code. Then, you can load the card. Click on 'top up balance' and select the amount.
