1. Activate WideBundle in Your Theme

Before you can create and display your bundles, the WideBundle widget must be activated in your theme.

Open the app and click Activate WideBundle

You’ll be redirected to your Shopify theme editor
On the left sidebar, make sure WideBundle is checked
Click Save at the top right corner

Go back to WideBundle — you’ll now see that your app is activated

Your widget is now live and ready to appear on your product pages.

2. Create Your First Bundle

Now that WideBundle is activated, let’s create your first bundle.

Scroll down and click Add Bundles

Choose the bundle type

I have the error "This variant doesn't exist on Shopify"

When you create offers on WideBundle using the "variant bundles", we will automatically create the same offers on Shopify by creating variants on your product.

And both Shopify and WideBundle need to stay synchronized for the app to work normally. It means that if you need to edit your offers, you should do it on WideBundle.

However, in some cases, WideBundle will lose the synchronization with Shopify and some variants from WideBundle won't exist anymore on WideBundle.

And thus, when trying to add an offer from WideBundle to the cart, you'll have a message saying that this variant doesn't exist on Shopify anymore.

How to fix this issue

If it's happening for you, you will need to resynchronize your offers between WideBundle and Shopify.

Go to WideBundle dashboard
Click on the three dots icon in front of the product with the error

Click on Remove offers

Keep the variants generated by WideBundle and click on Remove offers

Go to your theme to personalize it

Go to the product page from your theme's editor and if the variant selector doesn't exist, just add it by clicking on “Add block”, add the variant selector and save

Before creating the offers

There are 2 sections on the creator. The 1st section to set up the offers and the 2nd section to see the preview.

The first thing to do to configure the offers is to determine the title that will appear above the offers

Then you have to check the box "This product is featured on the homepage " if your product appears on the homepage and your product can be purchased from the homepage.

Creating an offer

Start by adding the title of your first offer

Then add the url of an image if you want a small thumbnail to appear on the offer to show your customers what they will receive

Then choose the price (and the compared price if there is one)
