Please be sure to <strong>cancel <\/strong>(downgrade your account to the free version) before applying for deletion.<\/p>\n<p class = \"help-note\"> <b> Note: <\/b> How to cancel or downgrade your account to the free version.<br \/>\nFor <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ptengine.com\/docs\/stop-auto-payment\/\"> credit card payments.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class = \"help-warning\">\n<b> Warning: <\/b><br \/>\n1. Delete all the profiles created in the account before applying for deletion.<br \/>\n2.
