Furthermore, this knowledge empowers data-driven decisions to enhance your overall business KPIs (Conversion Rate, Return on Investment, Customer Lifetime Value, etc.) and operations.<\/p>\n<h2>What can you do with events?<\/h2>\n<p>In implementing Events, defining which user behaviors to track and analyzing the collected data are crucial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Capture Specific User Behaviors<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On a membership page, you can track the number of users who &quot;Register&quot; to become members.<\/li>\n<li>On an e-commerce website, you can track the number of users who &quot;Add to Cart&quot; and &quot;Make a Purchase,&quot; and by configuring manual Event Properties, you can capture specific purchase amounts and product categories.<\/li>\n<li>If you deploy a new Banner image, you can track the number of users who click on the Banner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Enhance User Engagement &amp; Targeting Through Comprehensive Event Tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Push new product pop-ups only to registered users.<\/li>\n<li>Send Up-Sell promotions to users who have purchased specific products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide personalized outreach to target users, improving conversion rates.<\/li>\n<li>Segment users into groups based on different event triggers to understand the characteristics and trends of each segment.<br \/>\n<h2>Example of using the event function<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"help-ul\">\n<li>\n    <span class=\"number\">1<\/span>Comparison of the number of registrations from each source and changes in trends\n<\/li>\n<li>\n    <span class=\"number\">2<\/span>Check the number of times the \"Contact Us\" button is clicked on each event page.\n<\/li>\n<li>\n    <span class=\"number\">3<\/span>Check the number of people who have clicked the \"Register\" button but have not yet registered.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also, use the segment and CV functions together to compare the quality of incoming traffic and the behavior of different user groups before making page improvements.<br \/>\nThe event analysis page consists of three parts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30c8-2021-04-13-20.17.55.png\"><\/p>\n<ul class=\"help-ul\">\n<li>\n        <span class=\"number\">1<\/span>Event selection bar\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        <span class=\"number\">2<\/span>Event graph\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        <span class=\"number\">3<\/span>Event list\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Event selection bar<\/h2>\n<p><img src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30c8-2021-04-13-20.25.17.png\"><\/p>\n<p>From left to right, there are Period Settings, Event Filter, and CSV Export.<br \/>\n1.In Period Settings, you can select a range of time periods and view data for a particular day or period. (Please refer to the image below)<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30c8-2021-04-13-20.28.52.png\"><\/p>\n<p>2.Event filter function: If you click on the green frame here, you will see the names of the events that occurred within this period. In the transition graph and event report area, you will see the values of the selected events. Clicking &quot;All Events&quot; will display all the event data. (Please refer to the following image)<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Kapture-2021-01-14-at-13.32.22.gif\"><\/p>\n<p>Once you have selected one event, you can apply other filters as shown in the image below.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30c8-2021-04-13-20.36.51.png\"><\/p>\n<p>3.The CSV export function allows you to export the report data as a CSV file.<\/p>\n<h2>Event graph<\/h2>\n<p>A transition graph shows the trend in the number of events or visits within a certain period of time.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30c8-2021-04-13-20.39.39.png\"><\/p>\n<ul class=\"help-ul\">\n<li>\n        <span class=\"number\">1<\/span>You can choose between \"Number of Events\" and \"Number of Visits\" as the display indicators. The \"Visits\" here represents the number of visits that were generated by events.\n    <\/li>\n<li>\n        <span class=\"number\">2<\/span>Displayed when you are comparing each event transition in the transition graph. Up to five events can be compared. Clicking the Compare Events button on the right will bring up the Compare Events popup as shown below.
