I can't access my classes or the comic maker!
Are your classes or comic maker access locked? Here are a few reasons why that could be happening.
- The Starter Plan has reached the limit.
The Starter Plan has a limit of 40 comics and 30 days, if you've reached the limit please consider upgrading to a subscription following the instructions in this article: How To Change or Upgrade Your Subscription. -
You've upgraded and the content is still not showing.
Please log out, refresh then log back in as the website sometimes needs a refresh after a subscription has been purchased to show the changes on the account. If the issue persists, please see this article: If you get an error message and send us an email at support@pixton.com, making sure to include the email address that’s associated with your account and the problem you’re encountering, or fill out the Contact Form. -
My Educator account turned into a Solo Student account!
