Resova Integration Limitations

Review the current limits of the Resova integration so you know what to expect.

The Resova integration supports key customer, order, and booking data, but there are a few important limits to know about.

 

Contact field limitations

Some contact fields are only available during the full customer sync and may not update automatically later. If those fields need to be refreshed, run a full resync from the Resova settings page.

Custom extras on orders

Patch does not currently receive Resova custom extras as separate order line items.

Those values may still be reflected in the order total, even when they are not broken out line by line.

Refund support

The integration does not currently support a Resova order refunded event.

Guardian and minor support

Guardian and minor relationships are not currently supported by the integration.

Update timing

Some booking and order changes do not update instantly for end users. Those changes still sync on the next scheduled 6 hour sync.

Product sync behavior

Resova items are generally pulled during the initial sync and then skipped on later syncs unless the product sync is manually reset.

What to do when you hit a limitation

  • Wait for the next scheduled sync when recent changes do not appear immediately.
