Useful for one so I can visually and quickly see which posts I've queued a task for, or mark ones which are irrelevant or which I have replied to externally through my own company accounts.

For all of my projects, all of the “newest” New Opportunities only show up to May 5. Why is this?

I have requested and paid for upvotes. Its been between 3-2 days depending on which post and I still do not see any upvotes posted. How long does it usually take?

When creating a new Project and finishing onboarding, the UI redirects the user back to Step 1 without any clear indication that the project was successfully created. This leads users to repeat the onboarding process multiple times, creating duplicate projects. I want a clear success confirmation or redirect to the dashboard so I know it went through.

I want a free trial option to test the platform before purchasing, as many competitors offer trials and I want to make sure the platform works for my needs.

I want faster lead update frequencies on the Lite plan. Currently, it updates every two weeks, which is too slow for SEO lead generation because potential clients have usually found someone else by the time I see the lead. I need more frequent updates to be competitive.

I want to be able to download all mentions of our brand (e.g., to CSV or PDF) for reporting and further analysis. This would help in managing brand reputation and sharing insights with the team.

It would be great to be able to search for a keyword in the “New Opportunities” function. This would really help filter posts for local targeting, especially if the brand keywords uploaded are broad terms.

Bring back the community leaderboard please. Gamification of helping other users incentivizes being helpful. :)

Submitted a task, and the tool posted it to the completely wrong thread. Far from ideal if this happens. I would try and submit this to support, but yeah that doesn’t seem to exist?

I’m receiving a “Could not verify the Reddit URL. Please check the URL and try again.” error when attempting to order upvotes. These are valid Reddit URLs. Are you aware of this issue, and is there a fix currently in progress?

When creating a post and trying to thread the top of the discussion with comments there is an option to set the comments for a certain number of minutes after the parent task. But the system doesn’t respect this rule setting. I recently tried to run my comments within 2 minutes of the post going live. Here are the results in the screenshots. The first is when the post went live. The second was my comments (meant to be within 2 minutes). It takes hours!

I am new and after getting my first client uploaded I ran into these questions for a local dentist I will be posting for: New Opportunities: I'm seeing posts with high relevance scores, some as high as 95, but none of them are in our target geo area. A good example is a post asking whether a general dentist can place an implant for a lower first molar. Should I still be commenting on threads like this using the recommended response, even when they're not location-specific? SEO Opportunities: Same geo question applies here. Also, what's the right approach for these threads? Are we dropping a brand mention, a direct link, or both? Competitor Mentions: I added 8 competitors for this practice and only one showed any mentions, and that was back in 2023. Is there anything actionable I should be doing with that data at this point? Smart Search: The only searches pulling relevant results are broad city terms like Dallas TX or Grand Prairie TX, and nearly all of those posts are from 2025 or earlier. Should I be commenting on older threads, or is there a better search strategy I should be using? The bigger question across all of this: does it make sense for a local dental practice to engage on threads that aren't geographically specific to their area? I have correct settings for keywords, subreddits and prompts, but new opportunities is showing 0

I want to be able to select accounts based on language or geography (specifically German accounts). This is important because using English-based accounts for German comments makes them easy for moderators to spot and delete, leading to high deletion rates.
