Do You Support Non-English Characters?
Yes. The Dexatel platform supports all characters, including non-Latin scripts, accented characters, and emojis.
Messages using only standard Latin characters are encoded in GSM-7, which supports up to 160 characters per SMS segment. Messages containing non-Latin characters, special symbols, or emojis switch to Unicode encoding, which supports up to 70 characters per segment.
