Do You Provide Delivery Reports?

Yes. Delivery status is tracked per message and available directly in the platform.

In the Platform

Every message sent through Dexatel is assigned a delivery status. Go to Insights & Analytics → Logs to view the full per-message breakdown for your account. The Status column shows one of the following values for each message:

  • Sent — dispatched to the carrier network; delivery not yet confirmed
  • Delivered — carrier confirmed successful delivery to the recipient
  • Failed — could not be sent due to a platform or carrier error
  • Rejected — rejected by the carrier network
  • Expired — accepted by the carrier but expired before delivery

You can filter logs by channel, sender, country, date range, and status, and export the full dataset for offline analysis.

Via API (Webhooks)

If you need delivery updates pushed to your own systems in real time, configure a webhook in API Management → Webhooks. Set the Event to Outgoing Message Delivery to receive a notification each time a message status changes.
