Accessing Form Settings

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the Forms tab
  3. Locate Forms Settings on the left-hand side

Confirmation Page

By default, customers are shown a standard confirmation page after completing a booking.

If you prefer to use your own page:

  • Copy your custom confirmation (thank you) page URL
  • Paste it into the Confirmation Page field
Tip: Using a custom confirmation page is recommended for conversion tracking (e.g., with Google Ads).

Skip Payment Requirement

You can enable this option to allow customers to complete a booking without entering credit card details.

This is particularly useful if you’re not using the integrated payment platform (Stripe) or if you prefer to handle payments manually.

Hide Price Breakdown

When enabled, the booking summary will not display a detailed breakdown of service prices.

Questions and Answers

The form includes a default set of questions and answers.

You can manage them by clicking Edit, where you can:

  • Delete them
  • Add new questions
