Understand how Foundry reporting works when courses are delivered through a SCORM‑based LMS

Overview

When ComplyEQ courses are delivered through a SCORM‑enabled LMS, reporting behavior may differ from score‑based training content.

Some LMS platforms require course tracking to be tied to scores or passing grades. By default, these systems may expect a minimum score for course completion. ComplyEQ courses, due to their compliance requirements, do not use scores. Instead, courses are designed to require 100% accurate completion.

How Completion Data Is Tracked

Foundry reports include data only for users with an Active or Completed progress status. Users who have not launched a ComplyEQ course do not appear in Foundry reporting.

Progress and completion data should primarily be managed in your LMS or HRIS. Foundry also records this information as a backup reference for reporting purposes.
