Get help directly from the learner dashboard
Learners can access technical support directly from Foundry using the built‑in Help option. This ensures support requests include the details needed to troubleshoot issues quickly.
How learners request technical support
Instruct learners to follow these steps:
- While logged in to Foundry, select their name in the top‑right corner, which will lead to a drop down menu.
- From that menu, select Help
This opens a support modal that displays information about the learner’s current session.

What happens next
- The modal includes session details that help a support representative investigate the issue
- Learners should copy the provided details
- Learners then select the technical support site link in the modal to submit their request
Providing the session information helps reduce back‑and‑forth and speeds up resolution.
