Learner Dashboard

Understand how learners view and access assigned training

The Learner Dashboard is the main landing page for learners in Foundry. It displays all training that has been assigned to the learner, including both open and completed courses.

For learners, this is the primary area of the platform they interact with. Learners also have access to a limited My Profile page, but all course activity happens from the Learner Dashboard.

What learners see on the Learner Dashboard

Each assigned course appears as a card and includes the following information:

  • Course name
  • Date the course was assigned
  • Due date (if applicable)
  • Current progress through the course
  • Certificate download option for completed courses (if available)
  • Course description when hovering over the course card

Courses that have not yet been completed appear on the Open tab. This includes any courses that are past due.

To launch a course:

  • Select Start or Continue at the bottom of the course card

Completed courses

Completed courses appear on the Completed tab. This tab also includes courses that have been archived or deactivated, even if the learner did not complete them.

Learners can use this tab to:

  • Review previously completed courses
  • Download completion certificates (for courses that offer certificates)
