Automation is a fundamental component of Abuse Manager.
Our rules engine lets you to create rulesets based on various criteria such as:
threat source
threat category
...and more.
You can filter these rules to apply to specific Field Values.
The rulesets then perform a desired action, such as:
assign the case to specific agents
send an emails
set case priority
send data to an external system (e.g. help desk)
...and much more.
You can prioritise the Rulesets execution of the rules, so they can be completed in a specific order.

To access this functionality:
Click "Settings"
Click "Ruleset"
From here you can create rulesets to act upon cases in the ways that fit your anti-abuse workflows.
