She creates models, frameworks and strategies that make work easier; tools that people actually use, and ideas that spread organically because they work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before founding Tacit in 2014, Emily was the Head of Agile Delivery at Government Digital Service (GDS), where she set the standard for effective agile delivery across government. At GDS, she pioneered the approach to communities of practice that has since been adopted across the public sector and beyond. She&#8217;s the author of <em>Building Successful Communities of Practice<\/em>, sharing practical guidance drawn from years of hands-on experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emily is committed to growing and supporting the wider digital community. She&#8217;s founded several meetups, including the popular <a href=\"https:\/\/agileintheether.co.uk\/\">Agile in the Ether<\/a>, and is a sought-after <a href=\"https:\/\/emilywebber.co.uk\/public-speaking\/\">keynote speaker<\/a> at conferences worldwide, known for her engaging, practical, experience-led talks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read more on <a
