In just a few seconds, you can reserve a Hello Scoot' or a car, unlock it and make your journey. So simple, you only pay for what you ride from 1 minute.
And the prices?
55F per minute and 4990F per day for scooters.
All pricing information is available on our website and Facebook page. Our prices include rental, energy (gasoline or recharging), 2 helmets, caps, comprehensive insurance, parking and assistance.
How to register?
Equipped with your driving license/BSR and your credit card, you download the Hello Scoot' app and let yourself be guided through the steps. You register for free and access the service when you need it, in a few seconds.
Where to park?
Our service offers parking spaces for you to park in Papeete and in the urban area of Tahiti. You can park anywhere in the area defined on the app, while respecting the parking rules in force :)
How to recover the helmet?
When you unlock the scooter, the top case unlocks and you can retrieve your helmet there. All our Hello Scoot' are equipped with 2 helmets, because all our scooters are available and validated with the authorities to transport 2 people. You will also find charlottes to put under the helmet.
Who can access it?
In order to access the service, you must be of legal age, have a valid light vehicle driving license and a Visa or Mastercard type credit card.
For cars, you must have 2 years of license and be between 25 and 70 years old.
Security?
All our vehicles are insured, registered with the authorities and serviced very regularly. Their equipment allows the Hello Scoot' fleet team to monitor their maintenance with extreme precision. We also work with public authorities to deploy prevention messages.
