With Helion Mobile, dealership personnel can: Submit new support tickets Check the status of support tickets previously submitted View submitted tickets by timeframe (month, year, all time) or by status (pending, resolved) Message with a Helion support team member about your ticket Maintain a easy to view thread of communication with a Helion support team member regarding your ticket Attach screenshots of your issue to a ticket Call Helion support with the click of a button Monitor overall IT performance with the Helion Mobile key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard
