Tutorial!
I'm very very very bored... so I bring forth a tutorial! I think it's pretty okay! We're going from:

Done with PSP8, so it is most likely translatable.
Step 1. Alright, start with your base, and for this one I duplicated it twice and set it to screen, but it just depends on how light you want it.
Step 2. New Raster layer, Fill with a light green (B4E989), and set to Burn 30
Step 3. Duplicate burn layer, and set to Screen 10
Step 4. New Raster layer, fill with a light blue (89E9E3) and set to soft light 46
Step 5. New Hue and Saturation layer, we're only adjusting the saturation like so:
Master 20
Reds 15
Green -52
Cyans 100
Blues 22
Magentas 22
Set that layer to soft light.
Step 6. Duplicate the base and put it at the top of all the layers and set it to screen 74
Step 7. Merge all, sharpen using the Unsharp Mask with these settings:
Radius 1.00, Strength 40, Clipping 10
