Impact on Facebook/Instagram Metrics Due to Meta API v25.0 Update

Important Notice

Meta announced Graph API v25.0 changes in February 2026, which took effect on June 15, 2026. As a result, data collection for certain Facebook/Instagram metrics has stopped as of June 14. As this is a change on Meta's end, it affects all analytics tools — not just Statusbrew.

Deprecated Metrics (permanent — no recovery possible as this is a Meta-side change)

  • Organic/paid breakdown of Reach

  • Video impressions and 3-second video views-related metrics

In Progress

  • Follower count and some other metrics are not updating for data after June 14 → currently working on a fix

Resolved

  • Reach: Migrated to Meta's new metric page_total_media_view_unique and re-sync is complete. Data from June 14 onward is now available.

  • Views: Total views plus organic/paid breakdown are available across three metrics — Views, Views(Organic), and Views(Paid). (Note: This reflects total views, not unique reach. Also, as Meta has unified "views" and "impressions" on Facebook, the Views and Impressions figures will show the same value.)

  • Previously collected historical data remains accessible.

Going forward, we plan to update our report templates to reflect Meta's restructured metrics framework. We will continue to share updates on our progress here. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support of Statusbrew. 

Fixed A Bug Where Likes And Retweets Were Not Highlighted In The Planner Post Detail View

Fix

When opening an X post in Planner, profiles that have Liked or Retweeted the post are highlighted in the following colors: Red for likes and Blue for retweets.

This highlighting was not displaying correctly, but has now been fixed — making it easy to see at a glance which profiles have liked or retweeted a post.

To check: Planner → Click on any X postPost Detail view → Three-dot menu (top right) → Click Likes / Retweets → Check the icon colors (A red ♡ indicates that the profile has liked the post; a blue 🔄 indicates that the profile has retweeted it.)

Fixed A Bug Allowing Guest Users To Be Selected When Creating User Groups

Fix

Only internal Statusbrew users are eligible to be part of a User Group, but guest users were incorrectly available for selection.

This has been resolved and guest users no longer appear in the selection list.

Fixed A Bug Related To Date Selection When Creating Stories:

Fix

When clicking on a specific date on the calendar (e.g., the 16th) and creating a story, the date was automatically shifting to the following day (e.g., the 17th) in the Compose screen.

his is believed to be a date offset bug caused by timezone handling and related factors. The issue has been fixed and the date selected on the calendar is now correctly reflected in Compose.

Fixed A Bug Where Date Information Could Not Be Saved In Engage's HubSpot Integration

Fix

When opening a conversation ticket linked to HubSpot, setting a date and time using the date picker, and attempting to save, an error was occurring. The necessary fixes have been applied and this bug has been resolved.

Fixed A Bug Preventing User Tagging In Instagram Video Posts

Fix

When creating an Instagram video post in Compose and tagging users, clicking the video in the tagging dialog should allow you to input a username — instead, a blue screen appeared, making tagging impossible.

This has now been resolved. The full tagging flow works as expected: Instagram options → Tag users → Add → Click on the video → Tag users.

X And LinkedIn Poll Results Now Visible In Post Detail View

Improvement

Polls can be created for X and LinkedIn posts directly from Statusbrew.

Previously, viewing poll results required checking each platform individually, but results can now be viewed within the post detail view (Sidenav) in Statusbrew.

The vote count per option, total number of votes, and end date are all displayed.

Color Label Name Display On Post Label Selection🟦

Improvement

When selecting a color label for an item — such as when creating a post, editing an published post, or configuring publish rules or competitor accounts — hovering over each color now shows its name.

This makes it easier to distinguish between subtle color differences that were previously hard to tell apart, allowing you to match colors with existing posts and organize content more consistently.
