How do I put a banner on my journal?

I know how to make all of these great banners... Now I'm just wondering how to get it into my journal!

Can someone please post the code that I need to use to put it in? Thanks!

Also, how do I make it do the thing in the post where it's like (Click Here) and stuff? It goes to a different page without posting the whole thing in the journal entry.. How do I do this?
