Our Peer Support program connects individuals with disabilities to trained peers who share similar experiences. Through one-on-one guidance, group sessions, and community activities, participants gain encouragement, practical advice, and a sense of belonging while building confidence and independence.
Our Information & Referral service is your first point of contact, serving as your navigator to all the programs we offer. Our team helps individuals with disabilities connect with the right resources, receive guidance, and gain the support they need to live independently and confidently.
Our Independent Living Skills Training provides practical, hands-on workshops to help individuals with disabilities navigate daily life with confidence. Participants learn essential skills such as using public transportation, making home adaptations, managing personal care, and using adaptive tools to live independently and safely.
Our Youth Transition Program helps young people with disabilities successfully move from school to adulthood. Through guidance, skills training, and connections to education, employment, and community resources, YTP empowers youth to achieve independence, build confidence, and plan for a bright future.
Our Individual and System Advocacy empowers people with disabilities to speak up for their rights and ensures they have equal access to services, programs, and opportunities. Our team supports individuals in navigating systems, addressing barriers, and influencing policies that create lasting, positive change in their communities.
Our Adult Transition Services help individuals with disabilities navigate major life changes, including moving from school, rehabilitation, or other programs into independent adult living. We provide guidance, skills training, and connections to community resources to support a smooth transition and promote independence, self-sufficiency, and confidence.
Our services are available to individuals with disabilities of all ages in the communities we serve, including Harris, Fort Bend, and Brazoria counties. Family members and caregivers may also access guidance and support when appropriate.
Yes! Most of our core services and programs are offered free of charge, thanks to community funding, grants, and partnerships.

Yes! Through our WIPA program, we provide personalized benefits counseling for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients. We also guide individuals through work incentives and connect them with employment resources.
You can get involved by volunteering, attending events, donating, or partnering with us. Every contribution helps us expand services and make independence possible for more people with disabilities.
Most classes and programs require registration through our website or by contacting our Core Services team. Some programs have limited spots, so early registration is recommended.
