  <description>I&amp;#39;m too freaking embarassed to post what I ate on Friday. &amp;nbsp;Took a day off the workouts because I was exhausted!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Saturday:&lt;/b&gt; I ate well, but now I can&amp;#39;t remember what all it was. &amp;nbsp;Here&amp;#39;s what I *think* it was:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Breakfast: &lt;/b&gt;rice and beans with a little chutney and yogurt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Lunch: &lt;/b&gt;cheese, handful of nuts, tortilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;snack: &lt;/b&gt;frozen yogurt with lots of gooey toppings (not a huge amount), a few slurps of a slushie (egads, &amp;quot;fruit punch&amp;quot; tastes freakishly weird to me now)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;dinner:&lt;/b&gt; roasted chicken, tabouleh, and green beans&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;snack:&lt;/b&gt; handful of nuts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;workout:&lt;/b&gt; 15 solid minutes of running (about 1.5 miles), about an hour of intermittant roller skating (thighs and calves were burning, so it counts!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sunday: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;breakfast: &lt;/b&gt;whole grain pancakes with coconut milk-based topping, fresh strawberries, bacon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;lunch&lt;/b&gt;: handful of nuts, piece of cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;snack:&lt;/b&gt; fig bar, rice and beans, serving of cheese, light iced vanilla coffee (100 cal from starbucks)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;dinner:&lt;/b&gt; beef roast, fresh salad with cheese, green beans and carrots, root beer (full sugar, but really really yummy!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We desperately need to go shopping for food!&lt;br /&gt;I need to make the week&amp;#39;s menu. &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve gotten lazy about doing that. &amp;nbsp;Someone sent &lt;a href=&quot;http://newleafwellness.biz/2015/02/17/17-freezer-meal-prep-sessions-that-will-change-your-life/&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;this link&lt;/a&gt; around facebook, should check it out..</description>

  <description>&lt;b&gt;SNOW DAY!&amp;nbsp; woo hoo&lt;br /&gt;sleep:&lt;/b&gt; 10:00 - 7:00&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;breakfast:&lt;/b&gt; scottish oatmeal with pecans, dates, pecans, 1 egg, black coffee with cinanmon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;lunch: &lt;/b&gt;lobster bisque soup (1 serving, Panera), 1 slice sourdough bread, black coffee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;snack:&lt;/b&gt; 2 pc sourdough bread with butter, chunk of feta cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;dinner:&lt;/b&gt; sweet and sour beef stir fry with lots of veggies, red rice.</description>

  <description>&lt;b&gt;sleep: &lt;/b&gt;2:00 - 7:00&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;breakfast: &lt;/b&gt;coffee, 2 eggs with feta and spinach, 3 spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;lunch:&lt;/b&gt; apple, salad (spinach, carrots, cucumber, vinagrette), tea&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;snack:&lt;/b&gt; herbal tea, brown rice and veggies with gravy, 6 little squares of dark chooclate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;dinner: &lt;/b&gt;sourkraut, potatoes, carrots, small bits of sausage&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;workout: &lt;/b&gt;OMG body sculpting nearly killed me today.&amp;nbsp; 25 reps of everything, with 8lb weights.&amp;nbsp; Twice.&amp;nbsp; With 30-60 sec planks scattered between.</description>
