Yeah....whatever.  Not having a good day today.  Or week.  Or two weeks, really.  At least the semester train is rolling downhill now.

BOO!  Carb-heavy day.  I'm exhausted and way behind on everything, so it's a fail!

breakfast: english muffin with butter and jelly, coffee with cream
snack: more coffee with half and half, big awful sticky donut!!
lunch: lots of water, herbal tea, and a tuscan chicken sandwich (multigrain bread)
dinner: a bit of rice and beef stirfry with veggies, zerocal root beer, coffee
workout: missed

once again, sickness and distraction kept me from recording...

Breakfast today: 2 KIND bars, coffee with cream and a hint of sugar
Lunch: leftover indian food, apple, coffee with cream
Dinner: spanokopita (2 pc), coffee, small piece of chocolate
snack: yogurt, herbal tea

4/1 breakfast: yogurt, coffee with cream and a little sugar + amaretto flavor (natural, organic)
lunch: green beans, leftover bean-tomato soup
snack: 2 apples, 2 pc spanokopita, piece of chocolate, diet soda
dinner: spanokopita, 3 pc chicken thighs, coffee with milk, herbal tea

lunch: 6 pc california roll, small bit of soup, hunk of cheese, more coffee
snack: chocolate cupcake (tsk!)
dinner: hearty tomato soup with tons of veggies, 3 pc homemade spanokopita (yumyumyum)
snack: yogurt, herbal tea
workout: missed it (kid home sick)

breakfast: liberte yogurt (yum!), english muffin with butter and jelly, coffee with half and half
lunch: 6 pc california roll, small amt of soup
snack: cheese!  tiny bit of leftover steak, Trader Joe's dried coconut, small candied ginger piece
dinner: cauliflower walnut soup (fun fact: turns purple if you cook it in an iron pot), leftover pork and beef with veggies on egg noodles
snack: herbal tea, another liberte yogurt (yum!)
workout: stuck at home today, so I ran for 10 min, then jumped and danced until sweaty and completely exhausted, 30 min total.  Close enough?

I'm too freaking embarassed to post what I ate on Friday.  Took a day off the workouts because I was exhausted!

Saturday: I ate well, but now I can't remember what all it was.  Here's what I *think* it was:
Breakfast: rice and beans with a little chutney and yogurt
Lunch: cheese, handful of nuts, tortilla
snack: frozen yogurt with lots of gooey toppings (not a huge amount), a few slurps of a slushie (egads, "fruit punch" tastes freakishly weird to me now)
dinner: roasted chicken, tabouleh, and green beans
snack: handful of nuts
workout: 15 solid minutes of running (about 1.5 miles), about an hour of intermittant roller skating (thighs and calves were burning, so it counts!)

Sunday:
breakfast: whole grain pancakes with coconut milk-based topping, fresh strawberries, bacon
lunch: handful of nuts, piece of cheese
snack: fig bar, rice and beans, serving of cheese, light iced vanilla coffee (100 cal from starbucks)
dinner: beef roast, fresh salad with cheese, green beans and carrots, root beer (full sugar, but really really yummy!)

We desperately need to go shopping for food!
I need to make the week's menu.  I've gotten lazy about doing that.  Someone sent this link around facebook, should check it out..

lunch: last of the pumpkin soup, apple, two mini oranges
post-workout snack: salad with cranberries, feta, ginger dressing, and cashews.  3 stuffed grape leaves, corn bread and three indian candies
dinner: chili tortillas!  With avocados and cottage cheese.

snack 2: rice and leftover curry, coffee with half and half
dinner: leftover pad thai with noodles (very small amount), BBQ tofu, pumpkin soup
snack: piece of cheese (2 oz), water
workout: body sculpting class (ow)

dinner: white rice, coconut beef curry, mangos and strawberries with whipped cream.
workout: running 1.25 miles with kid

breakfast: yogurt, coffee with half and half, 2 eggs wtih basil, feta, and spinach
lunch: coffee with a tabelspoon of heavy cream, girl scout cookie!
Snack: English muffin with butter
Dinner: pumpkin soup with heavy cream, 4 cookies, rice & beans with veggies.
Snack:  feta (a good-sized chunk)
workout: running ~3/4 mile with kid (not sure of distance...twice and a half around the block, which is definitely longer than a typical track loop.

Am feeling just burned out on everything relating to work and this diet program.  So I took a week off everything.  Spent the last few days making silicone fish scales.  Long story.

workout: OMG body sculpting nearly killed me today.  25 reps of everything, with 8lb weights.  Twice.  With 30-60 sec planks scattered between.
